In my artistic practice, I interpret the landscape in a minimalist style. The inherent qualities and translucency of the medium - such as watercolour - are used in a carefully formed composition depicting a landscape that has been stripped of all details and distilled to the barest, most essential elements. By doing this, I am able to capture a particular moment of harmony, place and time.
